Kelcee made first-time home buying a fairly hands-off experience with all the many moving pieces involved in the process. - Kelcee handles the process very smoothly and flexibly: Seattle is a very very very aggressive buyers market, and we had to restart search a couple of times because we kept getting beat out by full cash offers. Even still, Kelcee was able to get us through multiple rounds without wasting time and aggressively get things moving again when the seller's party was dragging their feet on anything. Aggressive with external parties, but pretty chill as we were going through the process, which was very helpful given how stressful trying to get a house is in general. - Kelcee was able to hone into what I was looking for even though I was a little unsure how to quantity it myself. The more specific you are with your house parameters, the easier it is for her to shift through the market inventory. I definitely didn't have the full set of specifications to give her until we went to see a few houses and she delved into what I was looking for with probing questions. - Kelcee has a contact for everything: From house insurance contacts to property inspection contacts to house renovation contacts, she seems to be able to point you to the party you need every step in the process. Going with her Mortgage guy actually made things go smoother because they handled all the minutia of house bidding and all I had to do was worry if I had enough funds to win the bid wars against other buyers.Overall, I'd buy and sell with her in the future.
